Callback on weekends and holidays

Assignment Length

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Valid RN license in Arizona
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
3 years of Utilization Review experience
Utilization Review experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Behavioral Health experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
Telemetry experience
Med Surg experience

Compliance / Onboarding

Full compliance is required 2 weeks before the start date
Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted after a declination form is submitted

Housing

Shared contractor housing is available, limited, and subject to availability
No pets or family allowed per policy
Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start date
