Job Overview

• Location: Navasota, Texas
• Setting: Combination inpatient and outpatient
• Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Weekly hours: 40
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
• Physical Therapist (6 months of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
• Experience in a(n) Outpatient setting
• Driver's License

Role Details

• Work is split between outpatient and inpatient care within the same facility
• Typical patient mix includes skilled nursing, wounds, orthopedics, neurology, debility, fractures, sports injuries, and some amputations
• Wound care experience is preferred
• May be asked to precept as needed
• No weekends or call
• Holiday rotation may be required

Additional Notes

• Candidates must not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
• A copy of a driver’s license is required at submission to verify legal name
• Scrubs are maroon and not provided
• New hires receive onboarding learning, onsite education, and shadowing
• Call-outs are strongly discouraged
