Unit Information

Level III Unit
Patient population primarily adults with some pediatrics
Focus on individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients
The unit practices according to standards of nursing for Med Surg and Pediatrics

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, with pediatric experience within the last year
Med Surg nursing experience
Experience working with Epic EMR system

Skills & Experience

Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on theoretical concepts
Experience working in a Level III trauma center environment preferred
Comfortable caring for adult and pediatric patients

Additional Information

Dress code requires black scrubs
No float or call requirements
