Clinical Resource Nurse

Role Summary

Onsite phone-based nursing role supporting callback queues and outbound calling.
Handles patient callbacks related to lab results, clarifies provider messages, and relays patient questions back to providers.
Not a forward-facing role and does not involve bedside care.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 0800–1630
8-hour day shift
40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Resource experience within the last year
1 year of resource experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
