Required qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Wisconsin
- Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Driver's License
- NICU experience

- License verification
- Copy of required certifications
- 1 supervisory reference at time of submission
- Proof of taxable address
Additional notes
- Local candidates may be accepted if they live in Madison, with a 10% rate reduction
- Must have a taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility unless local to Madison
