Overview

This role involves screening, evaluating, and treating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, with care delivered in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Oklahoma
• Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
• Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
• CCC
• Experience in a Long Term Care or Rehabilitation setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience holding active CCS

Additional Notes

• The role includes documentation in the electronic documentation system.
• The role may involve supervising and supporting CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists.
