• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital with 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and an attached 71-bed skilled Extended Care facility
• Level Trauma Designation: Level IV
• Total Staffed Beds: 25
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)
• Weekend Requirement: None (M-F position)
• Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
• Block Schedule: Accommodated
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Charting System: Cerner
• Scrub Color: Any (per dress code policy)
• Parking: Free
• Housing: Free housing available

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

• Orientation: No return to office (RTO) within first two weeks; limit RTO to one week thereafter
• Guaranteed Hours:

  • 5x8 shifts: 40 hours/week guaranteed
  • Alternative shift options available (e.g., 3 or 4 twelve-hour shifts) with corresponding guaranteed hours
• Locals accepted; no radius restrictions

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Review and sign confidentiality, security, emergency codes, and agency contract certification forms prior to start
• Review dress code and parking policies before starting
• Fit mask testing completed onsite on first day
