Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Maryland
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
ARRT or RCIS
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
On-call availability

Preferred Experience

Structural heart experience preferred

Government-issued photo ID
Proof of E-Verify or attestation
7-year criminal background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM check
HHS/OIG check
Transcript/diploma or education verification showing highest degree completed
Fingerprinting completed in Maryland, with results available before start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually
Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
Negative TB screening or chest x-ray
Positive titer or vaccination documentation for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
11-panel drug screen including cotinine/nicotine and marijuana
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
Eye exam within 6 months of start and repeated annually
Color blind exam within 5 years of start
2 clinical references
Employment application/resume
Skills checklist for the applicable unit
Radiation exposure attestation for applicable radiology-related assignments
