Vascular Interventional Radiology RN

Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Charleston, South Carolina
Day shift with rotating schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s
On-call required: rotating weeknights, weekends, and holidays
May float within scope to meet facility needs
Assignment is based in VIR, with rotating coverage between Main Hospital and Ashley River Tower downtown

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Interventional Radiology (2 years of experience)
Interventional Radiology experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with moderate sedation
ED - Emergency Department experience
Trauma experience
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
Must arrive within 30 minutes for on-call VIR trauma activation
Radiation badge must be provided by the agency

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric/adult vascular IR
Circulating for interventional procedures

60-mile radius rule
Locals accepted on a case-by-case basis
Guaranteed hours may be reduced by 1 shift per 2 weeks
