Valid RN license in Colorado
Maternal - Newborn (1 year of experience)
Maternal - Newborn experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery experience
Antepartum experience

Job Details

First-time travelers are not accepted
Call is required per unit needs
Weekend work is required per unit needs
Floating is required within scope; includes floating to L&D for clinicians with antepartum training and fetal monitoring experience
Typical ratio is 1:3 couplets, or up to 6 patients
Unit serves postpartum patients, antepartum patients with fetal monitoring experience, and newborns who do not need NICU-level care
High-risk patient population
Charting system: Epic
Scrub color: Blue Navy

Clinical Notes

Supports breastfeeding for postpartum patients
May care for late preterm infants, substance-exposed newborns, and patients receiving phototherapy, magnesium drips, insulin drips, heparin drips, PCA/PCEA pumps, and newborns 2000 g and above
