Required Qualifications

Valid Mammography Technologist license in California
Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
Mammography Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
E-Verify attestation
Background check within 90 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
State patrol background search required within 90 days of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance required
Tdap vaccination or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu season, COVID, and drug screening documentation
Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts

Additional Notes

Float policy acknowledgement may be required.
Annual regulatory training modules are required.
