Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Role

Travel/Contract RRT in New Orleans, Louisiana
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:15
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana
Registered Respiratory Therapist with 1 year of experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Must be willing to work 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually
Must be willing to work scheduled weekends as needed
Must be willing to be assigned to an Emergency Team or relief coverage during an emergency event
Must complete a negative 10-panel drug screen within 60 days of start
Must complete a competency exam specific to the specialty within 1 year prior to start and score at least 80%
Must have a current/valid driver’s license, state ID, or government photo ID
Must complete a resume/application
Must provide a skills checklist
Must provide 7 years of employment history, if applicable, with explanation for gaps
