Nuclear Medicine Tech

Overview

Travel/contract role in Columbus, Ohio
Day shift, Monday–Friday
8-hour shifts
No on-call
First-time travelers are welcome

Schedule

Standard hours: 8:00–4:30 or 8:30–5:00
Optional 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks
One evening shift and one Saturday per month
Federal holidays off

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Ohio
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT or NMTCB
Education from an accredited program
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Experience in a(n) Outpatient setting
Experience in PET/CT imaging
IV starts
PACS proficiency

Assignment Details

Specialty focus includes PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging
Mostly oncology cases
Approximately 33 PET/CT scans per day
Two PET/CT scanners

Additional Notes

Scrubs are not provided; grey is preferred
Parking is available through campus permit options at additional cost
