Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
1 year of nursing experience, excluding Home Health, Hospice, and School Services, within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated individuals
Administer daily medications, including controlled substances
Take vital signs, perform physical assessments, dress wounds, and conduct health screenings
Respond to medical emergencies
Document inmate health data, updates, and treatments
Coordinate with treatment teams and interdisciplinary health care teams
Provide clinical supervision and training to graduate nurses, LPNs, and direct care staff

Medium-security facility with a maximum-security center located within the facility
Day, afternoon, and evening shifts are available
