Job Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Long Beach, California
• Day shift: 4x10s, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at the local rate
• Self-scheduling
• Weekend work required as needed
• On-call required: 1–2 days per week and 1 weekend per month
• Floating not required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Cardiac Cath Lab (5 years of experience)
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred / Helpful Experience

• ICU or ER experience preferred

Unit / Role Details

• Diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures
• Includes EP, AICD, ASD closure, IABP, Impella, left and right heart procedures, Rotablator, TAVI/TAVR, TEE, Watchman, LVAD, arrhythmia induction, Mitral Clip, and arterial line monitoring

Additional Notes

• EPIC and Sensis Hemodynamic System are used for documentation
• Pre-approved time off is at manager discretion and must be submitted with the application
