Job Opportunity: RN Infusion

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend hours

Job Description

Provide infusion nursing care.
Must hold a Massachusetts RN license.
Chemotherapy/biotherapy certification card required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Shared housing provided at no cost.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts (no conditional licenses accepted).
Minimum of 1 year of infusion nursing experience, with infusion experience within the last year.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Chemotherapy/biotherapy certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

Shared housing is provided for travelers accepting this assignment.
Certain forms and background checks must be updated if there is a break in assignment greater than 6 months.
Positive TB test requires a negative chest X-ray.
Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity is strongly preferred but optional.
Tdap vaccination within 10 years is preferred.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.

This position is ideal for an experienced infusion RN licensed in Massachusetts, comfortable with chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, and able to comply with comprehensive credentialing and health requirements.
