Job Description

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Psychiatric Services department.
Develop and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans.
Evaluate patient outcomes and identify available resources.
Care for patients aged 5 and older with psychiatric illnesses such as major depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, psychotic disorders, and those requiring detoxification.
Work in a behavioral healthcare setting with a focus on mental health recovery.
Flexibility to provide coverage 24/7 as needed.

Shift

Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience within the last year
Current BLS certification
Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training prior to start
