Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic

Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care in outpatient clinic settings including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, and similar environments.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM if needed).
Assignment requires 80 hours every two weeks without exceptions.
Must be willing to assist at other clinic locations as needed for coverage.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Hawaii.
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year.
Experience in a clinic setting.

Additional Information

Holiday pay is based on hours worked on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Selected candidates must coordinate arrival details and compliance requirements with the facility prior to start.

Shift

Primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional shifts until 6:00 PM.
