Location: Utica, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x10 hour shifts (variable shifts)
Hours per Week: 40

Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting with a 75-mile radius rule; local candidates accepted.
Patient age groups include Adult and Geriatric.
Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1.
Common drips administered: verapamil, nitroglycerin, cardizem, neosynephrine, dopamine, levophed.
Common diagnoses treated: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Heart Failure.
Technology used: EPIC electronic health record system, XPER imaging system.
Floating assignments may include Electrophysiology Lab and Pod D recovery.

Minimum 1+ year experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing.
Experience with STEMI/CODE MI, PTCA, Diagnostic Cath, Structural Heart procedures.
Skilled in femoral/radial access, balloon pump, Impella device, atherectomy, IVUS, and closure devices.
