Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: 1 Social Worker to 40 patients
• Documentation Systems: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
• Scheduling: Self-schedule
• Floating Policy: Floating where needed
• Dress Code: Business attire
• Team Environment: Supportive leadership and great teamwork

Required Qualifications

• License: Social Worker License (specific to Social Worker discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Work specialty
• Skills:

  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to shift attention between tasks
  • Ability to build trust with team, patients, and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Registered Nurse Case Managers (RNCM)
