Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position

Location: Orange Park, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Unit Type: Respiratory
• ICU Beds: 20 Medical-Surgical ICU beds & 20 Cardiovascular ICU beds
• Staff: 7-8 total (Day Shift: 7, Night Shift: 6)
• Patient Ratios: No more than 6 ventilated patients per shift
• Equipment Used: Vents PB840 / PB980, Bipap V60, Hamilton C1, MR1
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Call Requirements: No call

Typical Procedures

• Bedside Bronchoscopy
• Managing Ventilators
• Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) analysis

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience, including experience within the last year
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, NBRC
