Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), Day shift
Patient Care Setting: Home Health / Hospice

Job Description

Provide field nursing care in home health and hospice settings.
Coverage areas include Corpus Christi and surrounding communities.
On-call/weekend coverage preferred: approximately 1 week every 6 weeks.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient visits.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Home Health setting, with experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

Dependable and reliable.
Proficient with OASIS documentation.
Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) electronic health records system.

Additional Information

Dress code: scrubs of any color.
Productivity expectations apply.
