Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Critical Care Float Pool assignment
Floating between CVICU, NICU, and PICU units
Shift options: Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a); shift determined during interview
Assignment location includes multiple hospital campuses within the Phoenix area
COVID-19 vaccination recommended but not required
Flu vaccination required October through April (with exemption process available)
Masking required during respiratory virus season for those unvaccinated for Flu or COVID-19

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RN experience in pediatric critical care (highest required)
Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred
Children’s hospital experience preferred

Education Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Certification and Licensure Requirements

Current RN license in Arizona or compact state with multistate privileges, or ability to obtain Arizona licensure before start date
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association)
Current PALS certification (American Heart Association)
Current NRP certification

Start Date: January 5, 2025
End Date: March 28, 2025
