Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45pm - 7:15am)
Schedule: Every other weekend (Friday and Saturday), every other holiday
Float Requirements: Must float to MSO and Ortho units; potential to float to ICU for non-critical patients
On Call/Call Back: None
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5-6 (PCU with some acute telemetry)
Unit Description: 37-bed step-down unit including cardiac, medical, neuro, and surgical stepdown patients

License: Active North Carolina or Compact state RN license
Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in General Progressive Care Unit or related specialty
- Must have completed at least 1 prior travel contract (prior travel experience required)
Skills: Telemetry, TR Bands, Blood Products, Heparin/Cardiac drips
Charting: EPIC experience required

Facility may cancel one shift biweekly without penalty
Compliance documentation due 7 business days prior to start date
Orientation and holiday hours may vary; up to 36 hours per week guaranteed during regular weeks
