Job Opportunity: Case Manager

Location: Eureka, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (5 shifts per week, 8 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

Required to work every other weekend (EOW).
No on-call required.
Acute care experience is mandatory.
Floating between similar units may be required based on need.
Charting system used: Epic.
Free parking on the first day; assignment parking provided during orientation.
Locals are accepted.
Start date: ASAP.
First-time travelers accepted with clinical approval.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
