Job Overview

• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Hours per week: 36
• Start: ASAP
• Schedule notes: On call as needed; may float to the main OR

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• First Assist (3 years of experience)
• First Assist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• CNOR - Certified Nurse (OR)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Emergency contact form before start
• CORI release
• Annual background checks and required state/federal screenings
• Online color blind testing before start
• Pass/fail testing and competency testing as required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit testing required
• Tdap vaccination
• TB clearance documentation
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Annual COVID vaccination or approved exemption
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• 2 recent work references
• Annual skills checklist
