Overview

Location: Hazard, Kentucky
Setting: Long-term acute care
Employment type: Travel/contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 12-hour shifts
Weekly hours: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience
Long Term Acute Care experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Driver's License

Schedule Expectations

Every other weekend required
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated

Additional Notes

1:4 patient ratios
Candidate must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
Orientation is bi-weekly
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
Driver’s license and facility coversheet are required in the submission packet
