Inpatient PT Traveler

Role

  • Inpatient PT Traveler
  • Therapy/Rehabilitation
  • Travel/Contract
  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
  • 13-week assignment with possible extension
  • Location: Southbridge, Massachusetts

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting

Required Credentials and Compliance

  • Tech Cert Verification - National
  • State License 1 Verification
  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
  • Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Fit test within the past year
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within the past 10 years
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
  • Rubeola immunity or proof of 2 vaccines
  • Mumps immunity or proof of 2 vaccines
  • Rubella immunity or proof of 2 vaccines
  • Hepatitis B immunity
  • Varicella immunity or proof of 2 vaccines
  • 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
  • Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination
  • COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
  • 2 professional references within 2 years of start
