Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule notes: No weekend or on-call requirement; floating between two locations is required

May include general X-ray and DXA if already trained
Works with adults and geriatrics
RTO within 2 weeks is not allowed, and RTO after contract signing will not be approved

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start for PAPR or 3M N95
Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation required
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season
Two professional references within 2 years of start
Government-issued photo ID
Background check
Harassment prevention training certificate
HIPAA/privacy training and other facility onboarding documents required before start
