Shift

Evening shift, 5x8 hours, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Assignment Length

26 weeks
Expected to last at least a year, but the length is not guaranteed

Required Qualifications

Active New York State registered nurse license and current registration
ACLS certification
BLS certification
PALS certification
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam for RNs
2 references

Required Checks and Documentation

Fingerprinting
SEL, SCR, SAM, Medicare, and Medicaid checks
Background check
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months before start
TB questionnaire annually
Drug test within 1 year of start
Proof of measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and influenza status
COVID-19 booster preferred, not required
