Overview

• Travel/contract role
• Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 6:45 PM–7:00 AM
• Hours: 36 per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check with 7-year criminal history review, including all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years; must be cleared before start and updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• NURSYS verification
• State license verification
• Competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
• Employment application
• Skills checklist, updated annually

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start, with declination acceptable
• TB screening within 12 months of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Current COVID vaccination or COVID declination form
• Flu documentation or flu declination/exemption as applicable
• TB questionnaire completed annually

Pre-Start Onboarding

• Review and sign required orientation, confidentiality, and safety acknowledgments before start
• Complete required onboarding modules before start
• Submit a passport-style photo for badge use
• Complete required facility forms before start
