Bed Placement RN Coordinator
Role Overview
- Bed Placement RN Coordinator role in the Admit / Transfer Center.
- Based at a Level II Trauma Center.
- Unit/facility context: Sacred Heart Medical Center / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Short Term Acute Care setting.
- Teaching Hospital.
- Total staffed beds: 629.
Schedule
- Night shift: 4x10 hours, 20:00–6:30.
- Flexible shift lengths of 10 or 12 hours.
- Every other weekend required.
- No on-call.
- No block schedules.
- Does not float between units.
- 48 hours not approved.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- House Supervisor (2 years of experience).
- House Supervisor experience within the last year.
- Experience in Supervisor roles.
- 2 years of transfer center experience.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- NURSYS verification required for all RNs.

- None stated.
