Overview

Travel/contract RN position in Belleville, Illinois
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12s, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
36 hours per week
Acute care hospital setting
Unit ratio: 1:5–6
Start date is about 3–4 weeks out due to compliance

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Specialization in surgical patients whose plan of care follows the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) program

Schedule and Assignment Details

Every other weekend required
On-call required
Floating required within scope to other MS/Tele floors and between the listed Belleville and Shiloh locations
Block scheduling is not accommodated
RTO limit: no more than 7 days

Clinical Focus

Care for surgical patients following the ERAS program

Additional Notes

Navy blue scrubs
EPIC charting
Parking is free
