Step Down Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 20 weeks
Shift: Rotating days/nights, 3x12s only
Hours: 36 per week
Unit: Stepdown
Floating: May float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED for the same patient population

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stepdown experience within the last year
1.5 years of Stepdown experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

PCU / Progressive Care experience

Additional Hiring Notes

ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate are completed during orientation, and passing scores are required
Shift times may vary if needed to meet hospital operational needs
