Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Radiology Technician (2 years of experience) with Radiology Technician experience within the last year
• Certifications: Valid Radiology Technician license in Indiana, ARRT (R), and BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• License/documentation: Driver's License

Candidate Considerations

• First-time travelers: Accepted, depending on experience
• Local candidates: Accepted within a 50-mile radius at local rate

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• 7-year background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days
• HHS/OIG within 30 days
• Education verification
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Primary source verification of state license
• Physical exam within 30 days of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption during flu season
• Respiratory safety clearance
• 2 references within 3 years of start

Additional Notes

• A photo for badge is required
• Parking permit application is required for candidates parking onsite
• N95 fit testing is completed during orientation
• Competency exam and medication/pharmacology competency exam are required as applicable to the profession
• Background check includes State Medicaid, SSN verification, education verification, and National Sex Offender Registry
