Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Columbus, Indiana
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 13-week contract

• Local candidates accepted within 50 miles at local rate
• Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
• Driver’s license must be included with submission

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Pending state license not accepted
• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start
• Education verification required
• State license verification required
• NURSYS verification required for RN
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam as required by profession
• Competency Exam as required by profession/specialty
• Photo for badge
• Columbus Regional Health attestation within 48 hours of candidate signing
• Parking permit application required for candidates parking onsite
• Physical exam within 30 days of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• RespSafety clearance
• 2 references within 3 years of start

Preferred

• Ability to care for postpartum stable couplets
• Mother/Baby experience
