Job Summary

Seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform mammographic procedures on all patient types as prescribed by physicians. The role includes quality control of equipment, ensuring compliance with ACR and state regulations, maintaining radiation safety, and clerical duties related to patient imaging records. There is potential to advance to a Lead position for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic procedures in a timely manner on all patient types.
• Conduct daily quality control on equipment and perform scheduled quality tests.
• Assist with equipment operation, handling repairs, and quality control tests.
• Maintain a professional environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Complete all clerical procedures including charge processing, film interpretation, report generation, and medical record filing.
• Adhere to radiation safety, hospital safety, and universal precautions.
• Report accidents/hazards and maintain equipment per hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in New Hampshire
• Minimum of 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT certification
• ARRT(M) certification
