Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Travel

Location: Buffalo, New York
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 5 weeks


Job Description

  • Hours are not guaranteed.
  • Contract duration is approximately 5 weeks.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN license for the state of New York.
  • Proof of required vaccinations or titers, including:
    • MMR
    • Hepatitis B (vaccination or declination)
    • Influenza vaccine (required October 1 – March 31)
    • Varicella
  • Tuberculosis screening within the past 12 months (One Step TB Skin Test / Tspot / TB QuantiFERON).
  • Annual TB questionnaire within the past 12 months.
  • Physical and vision exam within the past 12 months, including systems check.
  • Drug screening (12 panel, no THC) within the past 12 months.
  • Background checks including:
    • 7-year criminal county search, SSN trace, national criminal database within 12 months.
    • National and state sex offender registry checks within 30 days prior to start.
    • Webchecks within 30 days prior to start.
  • Driver’s license or state ID.
  • Completion of required professional and skills checklists, core competencies, and unit exams.
  • Additional onboarding documentation and verifications as required.
