Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans; observe, record, and communicate patient conditions.
Coordinate care across multiple disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Execute physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Work independently with critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful environment.
Use personal protective equipment following standard precautions.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
Minimum of 1 year of Orthopedics experience, including Orthopedic Surgery, within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Flu season mask policy applies if influenza vaccine is declined.
Personal protective equipment use is mandatory.
Must be able to work night shifts and handle stressful situations with minimal supervision.
