RN Cath Lab - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8-hour shifts, varying start/end times between 06:00 and 16:30, 4 days per week (Monday-Friday)
- Call: Approximately 1-2 weekday calls (17:00-06:00) and every 4th weekend (Friday 17:00 to Monday 06:00)
- Holidays: Rotating schedule with regular staff; must work July 4th holiday
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed
- Requires experience with EPIC electronic health record system
- Prior travel experience required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Prior travel experience
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Additional Information
- Must be able to work rotating call and holiday schedules
- Ability to float to other sites within 40 miles as needed
- Must maintain all required certifications, licenses, and health requirements throughout assignment
- Specialty competency and skills checklists must be updated annually
This position is suited for experienced Cath Lab RNs with prior travel experience who are comfortable with variable shifts, call responsibilities, and working in a multi-site environment.
