Shift: 11.5-hour Night Shift
Hours per Week: 34.5
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: Yes, to areas within acuity
Unit Description
- Postpartum/CH5-6 OB NU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Maternal - Newborn experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- BSN travel experience or local NYC experience
Additional Information
- Scrubs: Navy bottom with white top (wear dark shoes) or all white (wear white shoes)
- Flu vaccination required, no declinations allowed
- Interviews required: Voice Advantage Interview plus Nurse Manager Screening/Interview
- Weekly start dates; 4-6 weeks on average needed to complete compliance
