Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.</li><li>Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or upon start.</li><li>Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric and post-acute patients preferred.</li></ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Prior travel therapy experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.</li><li>Certifications in specialty areas such as Geriatric Certified Specialist or NF-1 preferred.</li></ul>
 
Assignment Details
<ul><li>Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.</li><li>Work pattern: 5 shifts per week.</li></ul>
