Job Opportunity: Cardiovascular Technician
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Job Summary
This is an extension assignment for a Cardiovascular Technician role.
Required Qualifications
- License: Must hold a valid license appropriate for a Cardiovascular Technician in Massachusetts.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some locations).
- Health and Safety Requirements:
- N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no religious exemptions).
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions.
- TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break.
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break.
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred.
- Tdap vaccine preferred within last 10 years.
- Background Checks and Verifications:
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI.
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start date, updated annually.
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid) within 30 days of start date, updated annually.
- Social Security Number trace and education verification required.
- Additional Documentation:
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
- Two recent professional references (minimum one supervisor or above).
- Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required.
- Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and if start date changes.
