Overview

• Location: Cedar Park, Texas
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 06:30 - 15:00
• On-call obligation is required

Role Summary

• Experienced RN Circulator supporting the surgical team
• Responsible for coordinating patient care throughout the surgical process, preparing the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies, verifying patient identity and procedure, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, monitoring the patient during surgery, documenting care, and advocating for patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance

• Ascension 12-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Fit test required for all travelers
• MMR documentation or positive IGG titer
• Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination
• Influenza vaccine documentation or declination
• Health statement or completed physical exam
• Driver’s license/state ID must not be expired and must match address on file
• 2-step PPD or IGRA documentation
• Varicella documentation or immunity verification
• Tdap valid for 10 years from administered date
• Criminal background check results
