Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Valdosta, Georgia.
• 8-week assignment.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00.
• No block scheduling.
• No call.
• Every other weekend required (Fri-Sun).
• Floating may include the COVID unit.
• Unit ratio: 1:4.
• The unit sees a wide range of patients in all age groups and is a non-trauma designated facility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Georgia RN license.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Driver's License.
• 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
• Emergency Department experience within the last year.
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• PALS issued by the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS.
• TNCC.
• Experience with Epic.
• Acknowledgment of the 1:4 ratio.
• Agreement to work every other weekend (Fri-Sun).

Preferred

• Level I Trauma Center experience.
• Ventilated patient experience.
• Triage experience.
• First-time travelers accepted, but experience is preferred.
