Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Columbus, Indiana
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Med/surg float pool role
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at local rate
• First-timers accepted depending on experience
• Pending state license not accepted
• Driver’s license must be included with submission

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Float experience with 2 years of experience
• Float experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Additional Requirements

• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start
• State Medicaid, SSN verification, education verification, and National Sex Offender Registry check required as part of background screening
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days
• HHS/OIG required within 30 days
• Primary source verification of state license required
• NURSYS verification required
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable
• Competency exam required as applicable
• Clear passport-style photo required for badge
• Attestation required within 48 hours of candidate signing
• Parking permit application required for candidates parking onsite
• Physical exam required within 30 days of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start and updated annually
• Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation required
• 9-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• Respiratory safety clearance required
• 2 references within 3 years of start required

Notes

• Candidate does not need to be compliant for the attestation form to be completed
• N95 fit testing occurs during orientation
• PAPR will be provided if needed during fit testing
• Internal evaluation occurs 90 days after start
