Ultrasound Tech - General

Overview

Travel/contract assignment in Hazard, Kentucky
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 2:00 PM–2:00 AM
36 hours per week
13-week contract
No on-call

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist with 2 years of experience
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
Experience with general ultrasound
Experience with vascular ultrasound
Experience with fetal ultrasound
ARDMS
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Flu vaccine required; declinations are not accepted
Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
2 references within 1 year of start date
7-year work history verification
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Competency Exam within 1 year prior to start date, renewed annually
Core Part I
Core Part II
Core Part III
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
National certification verification prior to facility start upon expiration, as applicable by profession and state
Physical exam or physician note/statement within 1 year prior to start, showing clear to work and free of restrictions
Fit mask completion onsite
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
Rubeola (Measles)
Mumps
Rubella
Hepatitis B
Varicella
Drug testing within 30 days of start
Flu seasonal vaccination/documentation
Kentucky vulnerable adult maltreatment registry verification within 30 days prior to start
West Virginia APS/CPS search results are required for all clinical and allied specialties in West Virginia ARH facilities
Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
