RNFA (Registered Nurse)

Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Start: ASAP

Role Overview

• RN/FA position for the Main OR, with float coverage to the Main OR
• On call as needed
• Scrubs are provided for the OR; any scrub color is acceptable

Schedule

• Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (described as 7a-3:30p in the posting)

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• First Assist experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CNOR (Certified Nurse, OR)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Badge photo: headshot style, grey background (or as close as possible), saved as a JPG named first/last name
• Pass/fail testing on the first day of orientation; the same tests given to permanent RNs; most candidates pass, and remediation is available; no study guides are offered
