Role Overview

• ER RN for a community hospital
• Travel/Contract assignment
• Locals allowed at the same rate

Schedule

• Night shift
• 3x12 hours
• 19:00 to 7:00
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Virginia
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Required Documents / Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID
• Complete application/resume
• NURSYS verification for RNs
• Permanent RN license; temporary RN licenses are not accepted
• Color blind testing
• Abuse reporting competency
• Physical exam within 1 year
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• TB screening within 30 days of start, or acceptable alternative documentation as stated in the source
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Flu vaccine or exemption documentation, if applicable
• Background check and other standard pre-start compliance items required by the source
