X-Ray Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Huntington, West Virginia
Night shift: Fri-Sun, 19:00-07:00
36 hours per week
Starts available 3 weeks from acceptance
Will work in OR only
Must be very skilled in OR and trauma experience

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in West Virginia
Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Operating Room (OR) experience
Trauma experience
ACLS, AHA only
PALS, AHA only
NRP
TNCC
State License 1 verification required
NURSYS verification required for all RNs
NIH Stroke Certification required for all RNs and LPN/LVNs
Competency Exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable
Proof of 2 clinical references
Government issued photo ID
Background check within 30 days of start
7-year criminal background check within a year of start, with all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask onsite fit testing
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 6 months of start
Hepatitis B surface antibody and antigen titer within 6 months of start, along with vaccination series or declination documentation
Hepatitis A total antibody within 6 months
Hepatitis C antibody within 6 months
Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella positive titers or 2 vaccines
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
COVID seasonal vaccine or facility declination form
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
Facility-specific forms and onboarding documents must be completed before start
